I’m Kelli — a registered nurse, a maker, and someone who reversed type 2 diabetes, Crohn’s disease, and PCOS through a ketogenic lifestyle. I lost a hundred pounds and came off medications I’d been on for years. I’m here because I kept meeting women who were exhausted, dismissed, and running out of answers.
